I have been working with Ryan for a number of years. As a past co-owner of the property, I contracted Ryan to list a duplex near the beach in our little town. As the agent of record, Ryan represents the property owners. He is very good at relaying any information regarding our renters to other agents in the area when they have a showing. Ryan is always very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns.
